Sensorial MPPV® 🇨🇭

5 minutes to reactivate your sensory pleasure pathway

5 minutes to reactivate your sensory pleasure pathway

This video offers a short
and deeply transformative — practice

In just 5 minutes, you can activate a forgotten pleasure pathway:
direct, physical, and regulating.
Nothing to learn. Nothing to perform.
Just feel — with presence.

What is this practice?

It reopens a deep sensory pathway
— often forgotten in the adult body, yet essential in early life.

Through conscious touch in areas rich in sensory receptors (hands, lips, genitals),
you activate neural circuits linked to direct, non-conditional pleasure.

This is a real entry point to restore vitality, desire, and sensation.

The practice draws from lineages such as Somatic Consent and Somatic Sexology.
This version, however, is authorial — adapted by me for women in midlife.
Nothing mystical. Nothing sexualized.
A body guided by science.

Watch. Feel.

How to practice?

Watch. Feel.

What you can feel today:

This practice is only the first step.
In the Sensory Collapse Evaluation Session, I adapt the exercise to your body and you leave with a clear path to restore pleasure, desire, and stability.

Origins and Evolution of the Practice

The practice known as “Awakening the Hands” originates in early somatic exercises once used by doctors and psychiatrists as tools for sensory reconnection.

It was later adapted by Betty Martin as part of her Wheel of Consent, and renamed “Awakening the Hands” — a way to help people distinguish between the sensations of giving and receiving during conscious touch practices.

This approach was further developed by Matt Schwenteck, founder of Somatic Consent, whom I trained with directly. I now serve as an ambassador for Somatic Consent in Switzerland.

Building on that foundation, I’ve developed my own approach — integrating elements from Somatic Sexology, Sexological Bodywork, and neurosensory activation practices.

It’s no longer just about “waking up the hands.”

It’s about reopening the neural pathway of direct pleasure in the body, often forgotten in adulthood — and essential to thriving intimacy in maturity.

I work with hands, lips, genitals — or whatever sensory gateway is open and available at that moment.

We don’t follow a ritual.
We follow the body.

Like any living lineage, this practice evolves.

And the student goes further than the teacher — because she carries and transforms what she received.

I continue where my teacher left off.

And I help women rediscover forgotten pleasure pathways — not as a performance, but as a gentle return to the body: regulated, intimate, and true.
